This savory dish is at the top of the comfort food chain for sure. Cheesy and delicious!
Feeds 10-12
Ingredients:
1-10.5 oz. can of Cream of Chicken soup
1-22.6 oz. can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1- 10 oz can of Rotel Tomatoes (do not drain)
4 oz. Cream Cheese
1-16 ox. pkg. of Velveeta Cheese cubed
1.5 tsp garlic powder
1.5 tsp onion powder
3 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1.5 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 -24 oz. pkg spaghetti
Directions:
Spray 8 qt. crock-pot with a non stick oil
Add soups, spices and Rotel and stir together
Add cream cheese in chunks around top
Add cubed Velveeta around top
add rinsed and dried chicken breasts
Close lid and cook for 3 hours on low setting
Remove cooked chicken breasts and shred
Add shredded chicken back into the mix
Cook one more hour (don’t over cook)
Cook and drain spaghetti
add spaghetti and mixture all together
Add shredded cheddar on top.
When cheddar is melted, serve
