I became a true foodie years ago while working on a project with a friend, Nancy Harris. Myths, Dreams & Recipes was a trilogy of our story, music/spoken word CD and the recipes we made while working on the project. I really got obsessed with cooking and creating new dishes.
Fast forward to 2010 when I met Chef Jackson York, CEC, AAC. He was the chef at my favorite East Texas restaurant, the Edom Bakery & Grill. We quickly formed a friendship and when the bakery closed he became my consult chef when I opened my restaurant in that same location.
After closing my place, Jackson and I continued working together on various projects and recipes. Chef Jackson and I share our passion for good food. We have a YouTube channel where we show you how to make some of our favorite meals and desserts. HERE.
