Just wanted to take a minute from our busy season here to share another delicious recipe with you. During my tenor at “Edom Bakery”, I had the pleasure to work with a fine pastry chef named Ryan Jungman. His bread pudding was a favorite. I would like to share his recipe with you so you may enjoy this taste sensation!
White Chocolate Blueberry Bread Pudding
Ingredients:
2 cup milk
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon almond extract
10 eggs
6 hotdog buns
1 pint blueberries
1 cup white chocolate
Preparation:
Whisk together milk, cream, sugar, extracts, and eggs.
Add hotdog buns (small cubes), blueberries, and chocolate.
Soak for 10 minutes.
Spray and paper a 10 inch cake pan and bake at 300 in a water bath for 40 minutes.
Cool and enjoy one of the best bread puddings you’ll ever have!
